We’re here to help you submit your artwork without any hassle. We recommend the following guidelines mentioned below.  We are here to guide you every step of the way if you need any assistance. Don’t hesitate to reach out for any guidance.

Resolution

Please submit your file with at least 300 dpi or vector art. If your image is below 300 dpi, your print will be blurry or pixelated. For best results, please consult directly with our team members.

Images

Images taken from websites are usually 72 dpi. It is recommended to use a file with at least 300 dpi. It is not advisable to use images from the internet that have not been purchased from stock photo websites.

Bleed

To prevent borders from appearing, we recommend extending all the background images beyond the edge of the document and letting them bleed.

Convert text to outlines

Please convert all text to outlines before submitting your artwork. It’s super easy—select all fonts, then press ctrl + shift + o. Once you’ve done that, save the file and send it to us. If you are unclear on how to outline your text, do not worry. We are here to assist you every step of the way.
